Refund Policy

At Ultimate Ventures, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality health and wellness consulting services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to make your experience as smooth and fair as possible.
1. Consulting Services – General Policy
All consulting sessions (including coaching, wellness planning, or group workshops) are non-refundable once delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with a session, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns and offer a possible resolution.
2. Advance Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless rescheduling is agreed upon.
3. Digital Products & Resources
All downloadable digital products (e-books, guides, worksheets) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please contact us if you experience any technical issues accessing your files.
4. Workshops & Events
For in-person or virtual group events:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the event may receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
5. Subscription or Package Services
If you purchase a multi-session package or subscription:

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

After sessions are used or 7 days have passed, no refunds will be issued. Remaining sessions may be rescheduled.
